Is a deposit required?

Yes. Nothing is booked in my calendar until a deposit is paid. It is not easy to quickly find another client. Therefore, I require a non-refundable retainer fee prior to our shoot in case of cancellations. The rate is 25% for all sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel the shoot, your deposit will not be refunded. However, if you would like to reschedule for another date, your retainer fee will go towards the cost of the rescheduled shoot.

When will I receive my edited photos?

Within 2 weeks from when you’ve made your selections. You will receive your images in a Google album from which you can download your images at full quality.

Can I choose which photos to edit?

Yes! Once I backup all the files I will cull all of the outtakes (duplicates, blurry images, eyes closed, etc.), then send you a link to view your unedited images in an online private gallery. There you can make your selections.

Do you provide the raw, unedited images?

Short answer is no. This is because I spend hours carefully editing and adding my own style to each photo. I do not feel as though the unedited files will accurately represent my brand.

How does your shooting time limit work?

I only factor in the time that it takes to shoot on location. Transportation time from each location is not counted. Most of my shoots are in locations within West Palm Beach, so if your shoot requires a significant amount of driving, I may raise the price to cover the cost of gas and time. Be sure to communicate with me if your dream location is outside of the south Florida area.
